PROCESSING OF DOCUMENTS
We use our own in-house application E-migrator developed for our clients that allow us to track in real time the submission of files across various offices (both provincial and national). These submissions involve visas, work permits, resident cards and all other necessary and required documentation for our workers.

MEETING
Our representatives will meet with your management team to discuss your project's labor needs and help you find the most appropriate solution.
QUOTATION
Our team will provide you with a quick quote outlining the terms of the service level agreement (SLA).
SIGN KYC
ET SLA
We need certain KYC documents and if the offer is accepted, we sign an SLA between the two entities to define the overall operational and financing conditions.
BOARDING
We integrate all employees by asking them to send personal documents and to sign employment contracts with The Icon Group DRC.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Based on the services you have requested, we deliver an all-inclusive package to be invoiced monthly.
PROJECT CLOSURE
When the project is completed, we terminate all employee contracts and close all accounts.
